Such an amazing team! From reception to the nurses, to the vets - I don't have a bad word to say. I've been waiting to find a place that you walk into where you feel like they love your fur baby as much as you do and this is the place! Really amazing team of people!
We only visited there twice while visiting Sydney . We were pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and kindness 🤗🤗we received both times. I use hearing aids and the vet was so thorough and patient with me during the consultation. We will definitely be back …

I first a attended this Vet when we noticed our Cavalier was having issues with her mobility. The vets and nurses were incredibly supportive and attentive to our little girl. The care and compassion they provided to treat her was exceptional. I found my little girl to be very comfortable and quite spoiled here by the beautiful staff who work here. They explained very clearly what was going on with her, the treatment required, the pros and cons and how best to manage her condition going forward. I feel very lucky to have found Ramsgate Vet Hospital and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
Excellent vet! Great team from the nurses to the Dr. Everyone was kind, happy to help and pleasant to talk to even over the phone. Dr. McMahon was very knowledged and explained everything during consultation with my dog Haldo. I have found my regular vet now!
Amazing place, I have been to so many vets over the years and these guys are absolutely wonderful! Very professional and so caring towards the pets they look after. My dog felt so at home in their care. I would HIGHLY recommend them. Their staff are just so wonderful and a pleasure to deal with!!!
This was our first time attending here after moving into the area. We were finding our existing “chain-owned” vet practice too impersonal / not responsive / hard to get info from etc so wanted to try something new. We were relieved to find a vet practice that still has that personal/caring/human feel. Greeted by a lovely receptionist and given practical/pragmatic and objective advice by the fantastic vet (eg no sales tactics of us buying vet products from associated companies, like some of the vet chains). Highly recommend!
Thank you to Dr Clarence for everything you’ve done for Cali. Thank you for making the time to see him when no one else would. I was getting married on Saturday when I noticed something seriously wrong with our puppy Cali. I called numerous clinics and no one would take him on short notice. Dr Clarence and Jess when out of their way and instantly agreed to see him. They looked after him while I had my wedding while giving me constant updates during the day. Amazing clinic with amazing people! Thank you so much. Forever grateful to them as Cali is now home with us and in high spirits again.
Amazing staff and practice. They’ve looked after our two dogs continuously over the last few months. I think my dogs are local celebrities down there at the moment. The staff are super friendly and we’re so lucky to have them just at the end of our road. Thank you Ramsgate Vet ☺️

We recently moved to the St. George area and have been on a five-year quest to find a vet where our anxious German Shepherd, Mia, feels comfortable. Every vet visit was a stressful experience for all of us – Mia would pull on her leash and try to bolt out the door. That all changed at Ramsgate Vet. Jess, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make Mia feel relaxed and welcome. Her warm interactions with Mia, combined with the excellent consultation by Tiffany, the vet on duty, made a world of difference. For the first time in a long time, Mia was able to stay calmly in the foyer, on a loose leash! Thank you, Jess, for making our usually anxious girl feel relaxed and at ease. Your kindness and professionalism are greatly appreciated. We can't recommend Ramsgate Vet highly enough to anyone looking for an exceptional veterinary experience.
