When a Clinic Appointment Is Preferable
Some diagnostic tests and procedures are best performed in a clinical setting with the appropriate equipment. If a hospital visit is needed, transport can be arranged—your pet’s comfort is always prioritised, with sedation only if it’s truly beneficial for safety or well-being.
On the Day of Your Visit
You’ll receive a scheduled arrival time, a clear care plan when you arrive, and written aftercare instructions. Costs are always discussed before proceeding, and follow-up appointments are organised if ongoing care is required.
