I took a stray injured cat there this morning and they treated both me and the cat with such care, kindness and compassion. They weren’t able to save the kitten but gave me reassurance I had done the right thing. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and so helpful. I have pets of my own and will very much be taking them to this vet moving forward after today’s interaction. They made a difficult moment much easier to deal with.

Our beautiful little dog was hit by a car last Friday, The team at Ramsgate vet including Jess and Clarence did everything they could for our little boy as soon as he arrived to them. They went over and above to try and help him and save his life. Unfortunately we did end up losing our little one and we are absolutely heartbroken by this sudden loss. The team has continued to offer us all of the support we need during this grieving process. We will be forever grateful for them for doing everything they could.
