Great experience for our cat
We recently moved to the St. George area and have been on a five-year quest to find a vet where our anxious German Shepherd, Mia, feels comfortable. Every vet visit was a stressful experience for all of us – Mia would pull on her leash and try to bolt out the door. That all changed at Ramsgate Vet. Jess, the receptionist, went above and beyond to make Mia feel relaxed and welcome. Her warm interactions with Mia, combined with the excellent consultation by Tiffany, the vet on duty, made a world of difference. For the first time in a long time, Mia was able to stay calmly in the foyer, on a loose leash! Thank you, Jess, for making our usually anxious girl feel relaxed and at ease. Thank you to Dr Clarence for everything you’ve done for Cali. Thank you for making the time to see him when no one else would. I was getting married on Saturday when I noticed something seriously wrong with our puppy Cali. I called numerous clinics and no one would take him on short notice. Dr Clarence and Jess when out of their way and instantly agreed to see him. They looked after him while I had my wedding while giving me constant updates during the day. I would recommend this vet to anyone looking for a place to take your pet your pet would be well taken care of. The staff are helpful and friendly. They also have a clinic in Surry Hills. They are helpful in every way they can be. My dog went for surgery and he was treated with care. They are in contact with you letting you know each step of the way. The facilities are clean and inviting. If you are looking to take your pet somewhere I would highly recommend Ramsgate veterinary hospital.
