We're open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 8pm, Saturdays from 10am to 4pm, and offer Sunday emergency care from 10am to 12pm, so there's almost always a time that works around your schedule.

Our cattery — located above the main clinic and supervised by veterinary staff — also provides safe, calm boarding for cats when you travel.

I have recently moved to the area and needed to take my reactive little chihuahua to a new vet. RVH has been the first Vet we've gone to that's pointed out my little dogs heart problems. This team are all angels sent from heaven, I can't thank them enough for treating my boy with urgency and truly going above and beyond. After receiving quite confronting news regarding my dog during my first visit to RVH, these angels have shown nothing but kindness, empathy and compassion to my dog and I. My dogs primary care team has been Nurse Jess and Dr Marnie with v special mention to Dr Tiffany <3
Great experience for our cat
This was our first time attending here after moving into the area. We were finding our existing “chain-owned” vet practice too impersonal / not responsive / hard to get info from etc so wanted to try something new. We were relieved to find a vet practice that still has that personal/caring/human feel. Greeted by a lovely receptionist and given practical/pragmatic and objective advice by the fantastic vet (eg no sales tactics of us buying vet products from associated companies, like some of the vet chains). Highly recommend!
Our beautiful little dog was hit by a car last Friday, The team at Ramsgate vet including Jess and Clarence did everything they could for our little boy as soon as he arrived to them. They went over and above to try and help him and save his life. Unfortunately we did end up losing our little one and we are absolutely heartbroken by this sudden loss. The team has continued to offer us all of the support we need during this grieving process. We will be forever grateful for them for doing everything they could. They are a team with heart and they truly care about pets and their owners. Thank you endlessly to the team 🤍
We only visited there twice while visiting Sydney . We were pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism and kindness 🤗🤗we received both times. I use hearing aids and the vet was so thorough and patient with me during the consultation. We will definitely be back …
Thank you to Dr Clarence for everything you’ve done for Cali. Thank you for making the time to see him when no one else would. I was getting married on Saturday when I noticed something seriously wrong with our puppy Cali. I called numerous clinics and no one would take him on short notice. Dr Clarence and Jess when out of their way and instantly agreed to see him. They looked after him while I had my wedding while giving me constant updates during the day. Amazing clinic with amazing people! Thank you so much. Forever grateful to them as Cali is now home with us and in high spirits again.
The staff were very friendly, caring, knowledgable and helpful. My dog was well looked after. Thankfully she is doing ok now.
